Title: How to get files to gmod

Hi.
I downloaded the files for the HL2RP Server and i don't know how to get them into gmod. I cant figure out how those files can be extracted.
Please help.

Extract the map to your map folder in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\user\garrysmod\garrysmod\maps

If there's a content pack or something that needs to be installed extract it too:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\user\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons
