Title: Lights for cars.

Maybe add revers lights and idle back lights?  Also break lights.

Like we didn't had enough entities and FPS lag....

Do you realize how much more FPS lag this will cause?
Most people (At least I do) already have to deal with 8FPS when there are many cars around the city with their lights on.

  Dat tone of voice... All I was suggesting was making a light pop up when backing up with the headlights on aswel as when you are stopping, WITH THE HEADLIGHTS ON.  Not always. 
Mainly only going to be used during the night, if at all.

Client side lighting, and have it user enabled? Surely there is a way.. it's been for ever since I was in LUA.

Yes, dlights are only on the client anyway.
Perhaps an option to toggle whether or not you would like dlights enabled?
