Server Update

Changes:

• Added a compass in the HUD.
• Added hidden playtime for players. Everyone with an account before the update starts with 12 hours.
• Restricted Coast Guard job to require a minumum of 12 hours playtime.
• Restricted Gun Dealer and Black Market Dealer jobs to a minumum of 6 hours playtime.
• Fixed salaries bonus from VIP and Gold Member clientside.
• Fixed Steam Avatar icon in scoreboard.

Changes will apply as soon as each server restarts.

Awesome! Glad to see CG has a higher playtime requirement, hopefully this will help a lot. Can't wait to see the compass, too.

Never got around it I suppose. And there was another thread suggesting a compass so I decided to add one and replace the useless clock icon we had.

Also thanks to VizioN for making the graphics for the compass.
