Engine start hint

What happened when the bug occurred? I got spammed with the hint: Press reload (default R) to start/stop the engine.

What was supposed to happen? I shouldn't be spammed.

Btw. this happend in a rented Ferrari 250GT

Happening in police cars and other vehicles as well when I press E on the car while it's locked.

This should be fixed in update 10.
