Title: Broken stunstick animation

The stunstick anim is broke, you'll left click and it wont swing but it'll still do damage.

Only CCA have stunbatons.  You have no CCA.

the swing animation sometimes is .6 seconds slower than i would expect. or its the response to start the animation.

I look at a CP swinging at me it doesnt look like he's swinging
