I'm just saying, The War Z kicks the shit out of DayZ. It's DayZ without the shitty ARMAS engine, which is the most glitchy engine I've ever seen. Stand on rock, 2 seconds later you're dead. Literally, opening a gate wrong kills you. It's retarded.

I agree which is why I hesitate to do this. Dayz is fun, but if people are going to bail on it after I put up the server in favor of War Z, it's not worth my time. Dayz servers aren't like a gmod server which takes 30 seconds to make. It takes time, especially because we would have to work out some forum integration problems.

while sort of unrelated I wouldnt call the real virtuality engine "stupid" or "retarded", it just isn't fit for dayz at all, the engine its self is used in proper military simulations and for that purpose it works great

I have The WarZ alpha and I have to say it is REALLY coll but it get's boring after a while, DayZ keeps me satisfied longer in my oppinion.
