Character Name: Michael Dashwood

Age: 25

Fatal Flaw/Defect: In a world such as the one Dashwood is forced to live in, he is often forced to face most things alone, never being in the company of friends for very long because of transfers or trouble with Civil Protection, or just losing them in a crowd of faces. So he usually finds himself traversing City 18's streets alone. He doesn't see becoming a part of an organized resistance as helping this in anyway, because in his view, the Universal Union is too powerful for a rag-tag resistance to take on, and would find any contributions to a resistance useless in practice.

Physical Description: Stands at approximately five feet, ten inches. His City 18 uniform is freshly issued, with little to no imperfections (as of his arrival). He appears heavily malnourished from the lack of nutrition common among most citizens of the HL2 world. Despite these troubles, his voice is relatively light-heartened. He's clean shaven, and his face appears weathered, but not old or wrinkled, possibly from the standard living on a Combine-controlled planet. His eye color is pale brown, his hair is cut relatively short, and is a dark brown color.

Sounds and acts similar to this guy, best samples are 9:41-10:00, 10:53, and 13:45 onward.

Mental State: Relatively mentally sound, atleast in practice. The constant consumption of Breen's water over the years have caused him to forgot some, but relatively little, details. Seems to notably take the more risk-riddled path, in the hopes that the outcome, if in his favor, will be better.

Physical State: Malnourished. Wound on abdominal region sustained from a single shot from a USP match, has been treated and is healing nicely, but still causes minor pain and discomfort.

Strengths - Skills/Traits: Can usually always be depended on to crack a joke or poke fun at the situations he or others find themselves in. At the same time, he is still a competent human being that can focus on the task at hand.

Weaknesses: Tends to reflect more on his past mistakes rather than his past accomplishments. Quick to voice his opinion in most cases.

Just curious, but will this be on the workshop? I'd imagine that if it were, people could just download it as they join the server. That was the main problem with Evocity, right? That it couldn't be workshop'd?

Games like Pac-man, Space Invaders, and Asteroids could be flash-based games, either made by the dev's, or just taken from a website with the games on them. This would probably lighten server load, I would think.

Bug Reports / Ford Victoria entrance problem

What happened when the bug occurred? On both the civilian and the police Ford Victoria, when trying to enter the car through the drivers side to get in the driver seat, it displays the message to turn on the engine with R, but you don't actually get in the car. The only way to get in so far that I've discovered is to crouch, look at the door behind the drivers side and press E, and it puts me in the drivers seat.

What was supposed to happen? I would press E on the driver side door and get in the drivers side.

Message received when trying to get in through the drivers side, and pressed E twice and got the same message but didn't actually get in the car.


About where you have to aim in order to get in the driver side of the car.

Additional: If it helps with improving the car as a whole, the car is a little sensitive when turning while driving straight and trying to do small adjustments, and the tires are a little slippery.

When I saw the cars weren't added, I was crushed as fuck, then jumped for joy as I clicked the spoiler for the changelog, even though usually I don't bother reading the whole changelog xD. Thanks a bunch, Karma! You made me laugh first today!

So uh... if we can get past the refund-butt-mad, I had a question. Will we be able to use the other body parts that come with most TDM/SGM cars (The ones where you need body-group changer)? Will we also be using some of the skins floating around on the workshop?
Would be cool if they added upgrades system that you buy the parts.

That's exactly what me and cousin were thinking, Like you could buy full exhaust and it would increase your speed buy like 5mph, Some could increase top speed or acceleration or both. You could buy a turbo or supercharger and it could add the respective sound.

Won't happen but it would be the best update ever.

This would be an awesome update, although It would take a lot of coding.
No, I meant how you can change things like the bumpers, spoilers, skirts etc. with the body group changer on the TDM/SGM cars.
Yes, making it to where you can buy them and it changes the way it looks and the way it handles
But to my knowledge, changing body parts only changes the look of the car, not how it handles or performs. You're only changing the outside.

CCA-C7-GEAR-03-203 - Would spend his time in City/Sector 7 fighting off the leaderless Watchers, his fate is currently unknown (but may be touched down upon if I write up the rest of his story during the C7 uprising)

Mike Boone - After the move to the Valley, Boone would faze into history as a ghost, only appearing when crisis fell upon the valley, or when something lured him out...

Nathan Buck - Spent the rest of his time in City 17, he would remain under the oppressive rule of the Combine for three years until standing up and helping the resistance other than just ripping up contraband and spreading it about. Only a year after would he be arrested and whisked into the Combine Nexus, where he would remain until being seen fighting amongst the resistance during the City 17 uprising. He's last seen aboard the second-to-last train leaving City 17, just before the Citadel explodes.

UU-NECROTIC-34370 (Best known as 'Humper') - Would manage to find his way into the Valley, with no one to take care of him, and all of his owners seeming to be dead or gone, 34370 would survive on his own, preying on the occasional bird or rat. Sometimes, his finds would be near-dead or lost humans or the rare near-death Overwatch. The headcrabs fate remains unknown to the denizens of the Valley, but the occasional headcrab squeak can be heard in populated areas.

Some speak of a Vortigaunt long after his supposed death roaming the wasteland, searching for another Vortigaunt, when asked for a name, the Vortigaunt would only reply that the vortigaunt he was looking for only answered to "R-4913".

Driven mad by isolation, Pariah decided it was time to be with his kin who he had led to their deaths on the day of the invasion. He journeyed to the south road bridge and fell to his death in the icy waters below.

So I've noticed that for smuggling, you can only use the Mule for smuggling, which in turn makes it fairly obvious to law enforcement if you're driving around in a Mule. With this upgrade, the amount of vehicles capable of smuggling is expanded. Now not all vehicles would be capable of this upgrade, it would still be a small amount of vehicles that would be able to smuggle. Cars like the Mini-van, Mustang, maybe a couple of low-end sports car etc.

Will we be getting some of the cars by SentryGunMan? He's made some TDM-like cars like a Ford Crown Victoria, both police and non-police, a Corvette ZR1, and a Ferrari F1 (Although I doubt we would be adding that). Just some more cars that could be necessary to add, like the Ford Crown.
