When will bodies be able to respawn while being dragged again? That was the dumbest addition I've ever seen.

I've seen people knock people out with their fists, then just hold them and drag them all the way to car dealer from nexus, just so they couldn't respawn.

So uh... if we can get past the refund-butt-mad, I had a question. Will we be able to use the other body parts that come with most TDM/SGM cars (The ones where you need body-group changer)? Will we also be using some of the skins floating around on the workshop?
Would be cool if they added upgrades system that you buy the parts.

That's exactly what me and cousin were thinking, Like you could buy full exhaust and it would increase your speed buy like 5mph, Some could increase top speed or acceleration or both. You could buy a turbo or supercharger and it could add the respective sound.

Won't happen but it would be the best update ever.

This would be an awesome update, although It would take a lot of coding.
No, I meant how you can change things like the bumpers, spoilers, skirts etc. with the body group changer on the TDM/SGM cars.
Yes, making it to where you can buy them and it changes the way it looks and the way it handles
But to my knowledge, changing body parts only changes the look of the car, not how it handles or performs. You're only changing the outside.

I know what you're talking about. That would be a cool addition, but I doubt they will add it.

No need to download each individual pack. Here is the Workshop for ALL of the cars: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=112607905

Don't replace current sickness cars with tdm cars. Remove all sickness vehicles, Wipe everything, refund, and add all tdm cars.

Then people can decide what they want to do with their refunded money.
I like this idea. Especially if the cars keep similar pricing.
Would we get refunded for upgrades as well?

Nice. So now it'll be even more difficult to get my car repaired. What's the point of spending all my $ on a car if it will just be broken all the time?

The only way your car would actually break down, would be if you hit into walls (as in your driving is shit), or if your vehicle gets shot.

The only way your vehicle would get shot, is if you're running from police (which means you've done some crime rp which is then your own fault), same goes for a civilian shooting it in a raid or something, or if a minge shoots it. 3rd option is against the rules, so you can always request a ban on that.

I don't mean to sounds harsh or anything, but if you're constantly doing Crime RP and running from the cops so your vehicle gets shot, it's truly your own fault and you should find something else to do.
This is how it would go in theory. OCRP never happens this way. I would say my car gets broken at least once a day. It's already a HUGE hassle to get it to the repair place since there are RARELY towtruck drivers. Before I had 2 options: 1. Wait for a towtruck or 2. Risk getting in trouble by an admin for pushing my car there.
Usually it's option 2.
I think my car has only been disabled once by a cop shooting it. At least 3 times from random minges (whom I never see because they do it when I'm not around.), and at least twice from random car bombs (which still aren't against the rules for some fucking reason).

Now, we have to wait for a tow truck driver to actually get on and actually do his job correctly.

I miss repair wrenches...

This would be very very easy to implement, here's some existing code already: https://code.google.com/p/gmodlegs/

-support

Why? This would take quite a bit of coding to get it to implement with the current inventory system and weapons system, for what?
Make guns even more of a money sink? To give players with money a bigger advantage?

Oh my god, no seatbelts. I have to push enough buttons already to use a fucking car.

Click with keys, E, Right Click, F1, R

I support any chance to add more TDM cars to the game. Plus, I love the jeep.
Definitely do this!

The Ferrari 250 GT easily spins out :/

You have to turn at low speed, and if you press W to fast, it just spins out :s
A lot of cars are like this.
The BMW M5 and the ATV are two examples I can think of off the top of my head.

Since we are on the topic of cars. Can we please reset the scripts on 99% of the cars? I find that most have little to no traction. The speed and all of that is perfect, but few cars actually get traction on the road. I started up single player and was amazed that I could easily drive Sickness cars without spinning out.

Could we also replace all Sickness cars that have a TDM equivalent? BMW M5 for example?

Suggestions / Re: Engine Startup Sound
« on: May 12, 2013, 10:38:58 PM »
Are you talking about the engine starting up or like the sound of you putting in the key and turning it?

All sickness cars have engine startup sounds. I thought those were going to be used with the OCRP2 9 update, but apparently not.
