Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
Odessa was born in 28 july 1966. After he started school his friends were bullying him. He even told his teachers but it was useless. When he was 9 he fighted one of his friends in class so his class have been changed. But in this class people were worse. So when he was 12 he decided to start writing a diary to calm him down. Writing diaries became a hobby to him in time as he joined the army when he was 20. He was writing diary in his spare time, in a corner.......

Its been 5 years since the invasion. 5 years... But i still fight for my own freedom with some group of people. We were fighting for ourselves. On second thought i decided to open another group in the coast and fight for "our freedom" I called this group: Alliance in arms and already recruited few people. I am currently teaching them how to battle with the enemy. We gathered some weapons during our scavenge of course.. like AR2, RPG, SMG and shotgun.... and some pistols... after that we-*pages are missing*

:Past experience with work/labor: I was working in my father's garage in the past so yes.
What will you do for us?: I will repair all the mechanic devices i can and run a shop.

Can CWU members be in possession of health kits:Yes. Doctors can.
Can CWU members be in possession of zipties:No. Its contra.
If a citizen runs up to you and asks for help regarding UPA explain in detail what you would do.: If he is a wanted person and asking to hide, i would report to nearest CP immediately. If he wants to learn shop prices, i would explain him each one of them. And finally if he is wounded, i would take him to nearest CWU Doctor/HELIX Unit immediately.

Character Backstory(Must be one paragraph):Henry Parkinson was born in 1984 at 11th april. His father was working for a company but in his spare time Henry's dad was working on his garage. When Henry was 14 he decided to help his father in garage. When he was 19 he was a
lot of skilled in mechanics. At 24 of his age Henry joined the FancyParts Car company and sold car parts to the people while commanding a garage. 1 year later invaders came from Xen and took the world. There was a new lifestyle now and Henry decided to live with it rather than resisting and dieing. 1 year after the new lifestyle started. Henry was 26 years old now. He had nothing to do rather than working with some mechanic parts. He knew it was contra. But it could be allowed if he could join the Civil Workers Union. It could maybe bring his job back. So he took his wrench with him. And walked into the City 11 CWU Headquarters.

Due to a few rebels managed to sneak in City18 and hiding in the slums, Some Synths have been sent in D2 for patrol and some loyal citizens relocated to City11 for protection. Henry was one of them. At first the city was seem so small to him but he started getting used to rules in town. And after he saw the CWU's good performance in City11, he decided to join.

Reason for Un-PK:Well it started off like this: 2 augmented units were patrolling slums to search a guy with contra item. Suddenly they ecountered on me. They attempted to search me. I had a knife in my description also so they would ICly find it. I asked them if i can remove the knife because i was keeping it for my auth apply.They ignored and kept RPing which means they forced to me to RP otherwise it would be Avoiding RP and its bannable. So i didnt wanted to risk myself and couldnt say anything. Just RPed as they wanted. They won, Dragged me in nexus, Amputated me. I tried to tell them again but they still didnt listen. So i got amputated with abbott spectating.
In my POV: CPs were being a dick to me because they love Amputating. I also need my char back for 2 reasons:
1: Its my main char
2: I need it for my auth apply

Write a Detailed In-Canon Back Story:Before 7 Hour War/Resonance Cascade Raymond was living a good life with his wife: Sasha Harrison. One day the portal storm opened. Raymond and sasha get up quickly and looked at the portal in air. Sasha said: "What is it?" Raymond said:"I dont know". Then diffrent creatures started teleporting to the diffrent parts of town. Raymond said: Oh my.... Quick Sasha get the car keys!. Sasha picked car keys and they went outside. They were running to the car but a man stopped them. He pulled out a butterfly knife and said: Give me the keys! Raymond said: "No way you Ho-bo!" They started fighting. The guy kicked Raymond hard in the stomach and Raymond fell. Then he started jumping on Raymond and started slicing his face. Sasha yelled: "Oh my god!" After 2 slices Sasha picked up a pipe from ground and hit the man in back. Then Raymond quickly grabbed the man's knife and sliced his neck. The guy died. Sasha dropped her pipe but raymond holstered his knife. Raymond said: "Come on! we dont have all day!". They jumped on car, Turned engine on and drived off the town. While driving Raymond took a picture which had him and his wife on it. On the way a vortigaunt suddenly appeared in front of them and fired electroshock at their car. The car flipped over and Raymond was stuck under it along with Sasha. Then vortigaunt said something strange in vortigese. He teleported himself and Raymond to a dark place. Some blue vortigaunts appeared and made a shield in front of him. The normal vortigaunt said: "We will serve the same mystery, as well we serve you...." A portal opened. It was apporaching to Raymond. Raymond backed up but it was too fast. Then he found himself hanging on a prison's iron fence.
He looked around and said: Oh thank god it was just a nightmare... But then when he saw two OTA Elite soldiers carrying her wife, He said: Sasha! and raised his hand. an OTA came up to his cell and chuckled.He thinked about the things he saw. He said: "I think that wasnt a nightmare. But if it wasnt... Oh my god". And kept looking around. People were punching on fences, Some saying like: "How did we get here?" or some people saying: "Hey get us outta here!" After several minutes Raymond Heard some noises upstairs. An OTA were saying: "Ready to amputate!" And then he heard Sasha saying: "No... please." Raymond Looked upstairs and said "Sasha? Oh my god!". Some shots were heard from upstairs. Right after then Raymond saw the dead body of Sasha falling. Raymond Yelled: "NOOOOO!!!! *tears were coming from Raymond's cheeks* Your all gonna Pay for that!!!" *The OTA on upstairs chuckled* After that day Raymond kept practicing with his knife when theres no OTA around. After a few months everyone got located to diffrent cities like city 18, city 45... Raymond was going on City 14. He started living there. With that stinky smell of course. But one day suddenly an outbreak occured in city 14. Some Zombies grown in there. While combine's busy with it, Rebels took advantage to riot on City14. War.. Mutation... The place turned to a hell! Raymond ran quickly with his stuff. Ran as long as he can with his backpack. He saw some headcrabs on the road. He rushed past them. After some minutes of high-speed running Raymond came into a corner. He ecountered a Little baby headcrab, he backed up, but it wasnt jumping on his head, Raymond bend down and said: "Hey little guy..." The babycrab moved back a bit. Raymond quickly grabbed it and put it into his backpack and said:"I should train this little thing. Might be useful". After some minutes he realised he was out of the town. He thought town was very big but it wasnt. He found some rebels on the way. They put him in the nearest relocation train and send the people in city 14 to city 11 They were all Refugees and pretending to act like a citizen. Raymond knew it so he opened his backpack. Took out the baby headcrab and tried to train him as much as he can. While approaching to City 11, the people in train warned Raymond. Raymond put headcrab back in the backpack and progressed through city11. Still... 5 years later. He didnt forgot about his wife. He was looking at her picture everyday. And thinking about how hes gonna get revenge.....
What will these authorizations give your character in regards of perks/defects?:
Perks:
Expert Knife skills: Allows Raymond to quickly slash, stab and throw knives at his opponents.
Babycrab:To scare people/hurt them. The babycrab have ability to poison enemies.
Defects:
Babycrabs:They dont grow up fast. And Raymond only trained it for several things: Jumping, Fast moving. (It cant attach its mouth to people's face due to its little mouth xD)
What Do you plan with these Perks/Defects?: Improve the RP. Like everyone. But headcrab RP is a unique type but its cool. No need for ragdolls.
And slicing/stabbing doesent make me a TF2spy. Also not a n00b assassin throwing knives to everyone he see lol.
Will Anyone Else Needs these Auths?: Nope.

Write a Detailed In-Canon Back Story:Before 7 Hour War/Resonance Cascade Raymond was another citizen living in New York. He was living with his friend,Geroge Winston And his brother Grigori Winston (AKA crazed gunman of ravenholm lol) One Day it happened. The portal storm has occured and they came. Lots of them. Raymond, George and Grigori Wake up with its loud sound and looked from window,There was a chaos out there! Then a Zombie breaked in their house. They ran upstairs. they didnt knew what to do. Then Grigori jumped off the Window. Geroge Jumped. after him. They shouted for Raymond. Raymond Climbed on window, prepared to jump. But suddenly the Zombie came right behind him and bited him. Raymond fell and fainted. When he opened his eyes he found himself on a basement shop. Only George was with him. He said he lost Grigori. And said its his workshop down there. He took some stuff like scrap metal, crossbow bolts and a pipe. They came back out. Geroge jumped on his car and raymond after him. They Were Almost Escaped from the city.butSynth saw it and called an Advisor. Advisor suddenly appeared infront of the car and wrecked it hard. They got out. Raymond was afraid of advisor so he backed up right after he got out of car. Advisor beginned floating to Raymond. but suddenly advisor stoppped. The whole chaos stopped. Only the ships and synths were surrounding him but doing nothing. Advisor Opened a broadcast from Dr Wallace breen to surrender. They did as he told because breen was a human and they were trusting him. Hours later the people who surrendered gathered at one place with synths surrounding him. Raymond was worried. They gave em Blue Jumpsuits. Everybody worn them to be alive. Then They put them in prison untill the cities get repaired. The Combine's Technology was higher than humans so they managed to repair 6 Cities in one month. Those Cities were: City 8, City 11, City 14,City 17,City18 and City45. They also Created a little city in Saturn planet due to their oxygen technology. They called it: City38. Then they located them to diffrent cities. Raymond got Relocated to City11. After 5 years of sitting on the same bench and doing nothing everyday, He was bored so he decided to walk around. And then he saw George coming with a suitcase. They reconized themselves after 5 years. They hugged. They sitted on a bench and talked about the old memories. Geroge also told Raymond that he found a crossbow and he already had bolts for it because he crafted it. They went to a shop's backdoor and George gave them to Raymond. After that day Raymond decided to create a little refugee group and smuggle some members to outlands to free them. They called the group: Red Lambda. Their icon was a Lambda icon painted in red. But Raymond didnt wanted to go in a shootout and blow his cover. So he decided to use Crossbow only for his Self defense. One day when he was scavenging slums he found a ziptie. He shared it with his group. After some weeks they gave him back and Raymond send them to outlands. Now Raymond is alone with George in the city. They wanna seek a new group and send them to freedom over again.
What will these authorizations give your character in regards of perks/defects?:
Perks:
Crossbow.
Zip Ties.
S2H:Due to crossbow scope, Raymond aims carefully in long ranges.
6 Rounds of Crossbow: Raymond still have the bolts he took from George.
Defects:
Slow Shooting:He aims carefully at all times in long ranges which means he need to wait 2 seconds for each shot
Smuggling: If there are 8 members in Raymond's group, 4 people will be transported to outlands RPly.
What Do you plan with these Perks/Defects?: To improve RP, For myself and my members. I use crossbow only for self defense and to kill loyalists. And Zip tie to search Loyalists for any request device or UU branded stuff. Other members of Red Lambda will not be authorized to access weapons unless they get them RPly or made an Auth application. They will normally have RP Lead Pipe or Knife.
