Anthony Delgrosso's Civil Authority ApplicationOOC Name: cG] Klashy IC Character Name: Anthony Delgrosso 1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.My character want's to join the Combine Civil Authority because he is a loyal man with leadership in his heart. Anthony starts out mind wiped and found himself in a state of confusion entering the city. He found a body in the dumpster and SCREAMED for help. The combine quickly came over, instead of helping the person in the can, they beat him for an audio violation. He was detained once and never again. While he was in the cell, he realized what he was surrounded in trouble, drug addicts, and murderers. My character just wasn't surrounded by the right people, and didn't feel safe. I assured the CCA i was sorry for my actions and that I just wanted to leave, they assured me that as long as I behave in a civil manner, they wouldn't do me any harm. My character realized that the combine are trying to run a perfect, pure, and civil society. Ever since that day, he decided that becoming a loyalist was the only way to get respect from the CCA, so he worked hard to obtain his points. Days went on being a loyalist; my character watched the other citizens and how they were beaten, detained, or even amputated. On July 19th, 2016, the City Administrator came on the broadcast, and thanked all the loyal citizens. My character took it personally, and sent him back a formal letter of appreciation. He soon then met the city administrator, who treated him as if he was a great person to have in his society. My character was gracious to see how pleasant the man behind the curtains had been. As they talked, the CA had been pleased with my characters train of thought, and said that my attitude is the kind he wants behind a mask. I've wanted to join the Civil Authority ever since. 2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)My character is assertive, respectful, lawful, and describes himself as a pure being who only has a want for the bigger picture of the operations behind the Universal Union to prevail and succeed. 3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.(OOC) I'm expecting the CCA, for my character, to be a long serious trek of gaining respect and utilizing team work. I expect to work with some of the most serious role players known to "Garry's Mod". I plan to play with a strict set of rules that are mandatory to be followed in order to generate the greatest role playing experience ever created, and set a good example for other role players, whether they are new or just wanted to fine tune themselves. (IC) In the CCA, My character expects a higher caliber of respect from the officers than he has all ready obtained through the Civil Workers Union. His want / need to become as "pure" (as be believes the CCA to be) Is eagerly sought out in this attempt to join. He believes that rebels and criminals are the scum and the viscosity of the Universal Unions plans and objectives. He expects to end the resistance of civilians to the best of his ability, for the Union, so that the greater goods of the Union and it's benefactors can be full filled. 4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.Anthony Delgrosso was born on November 3rd, 1990. He grew up in Birmingham Alabama for 9 years, and then moved away with his mother at the age of 10. He moved to Florida, where he stayed most of his childhood as a normal teenager. He went to Central High school in Brooksville, Spring Hill. He was stressed because his mother was single and he had to find a way to make it through college to become a business administrator of the general military funding corporation. He graduated high school in 2010, and was never able to pay for his college tuition, so he went to work and attended a community college. It wasn't long after that, that the seven hour war happened. Anthony and his mother were stormed by a CCA breech team. They separated him and his mother, and set them on separate drop ships transporting citizens to different cities. He spent 12 hours on a ship and was transported into city 18. There's he's lived his life to survive, and was transported to city 45 by request, in hope that the transfer would lead to the finding of his mother. It was early 2016, every citizen had eventually settled down and the CCA had become more organized. Anthony had gotten into a bit of trouble, and seemed to have been classified as mentally imperfect with a small depression and bipolar disorder. In a desperate attempt to beg for his life, the CCA had spared him, and given him an electro-therapy surgery, trying to fix the neutrons and chemical imbalance inside his brain. The operation was successful, and Anthony was successfully mind wiped, filled with Universal Union Propaganda, and was sent out of the nexus to full fill his new identity as a true loyalist. It's almost like they programmed his path to becoming a Universal Union Unit. Days went by as Anthony worked hard as he could, earning loyalist points and eventually joining the Civil Workers Union to help the greater cause to the best of his ability. Not to mention, being in the business tier, Anthony was a tad greedy, and loved to try to mangle the citizens with his tantalizing offers of food goods, that they just couldn't resist. Anthony had earned himself a nice spot in the Civil Workers Union and had gained the respect of most around him. He was a very self-taught, but still seeming well educated; He seemed to have a quicker mind than the average civilian. Today, Anthony still holds his place as a Civil Worker. He's made his way up to a Tier-1 Business Leader, and wheres a silver badge and golden armbrand proudly. He felt that he had paid his dues to the union, and decided to talk to his local civil protection agent about gaining an application to join the CCA. He was last seen with it, walking into his apartments in the UCH. 5) Have you ever had a CCA character here at Catalyst Gaming? If so, explain why it was removed.No. OOC Details1. Past experience with work/labor: I was last called in by a CWU worker to help assist a gentlmen with a head concussion. He had stopped breathing and I had to use a defibrillator on him. So far I've given small medical assistance help to citizens who are ill or harmed. I'm a loyalist and I believe the union is protecting us cont rare* to what the other citizens think.

When I open my create-a-character screen on HL2RP, I now have the ability to choose a "Faction" Such as a Citizen or Civil Worker. My question is, would it be allowed for me to make a second CWU character that perhaps works in a different tier of the CWU.
For instance, Ryan Carter is my CWU Tier-2 Business Character, Could I create a different character that is trying to be in the medical field? I know it would take CWU time to gain the Tier-2 Medical title, but as a business man the combine constantly dump dead bodies in my shop and tells me to fix them, but i'm not certified. I was also just looking for new roles to play.
Please just tell me what I have to do to create another Civil Worker with a different role. Thank you!

He views the city as a safe place where the CCA only hurt or detain the ones who are not functioning properly as civilians or are not upholding the union. The reason my character wants to join the CCA is because the city administrator advised I try for it during our first meeting together, he knew I wanted to put a helping hand in the society, and was astound at my train of thought. Ever since my character has been dreaming to join and be a part of the Union. Another reason why I want to join the CCA is because I like having a variety of roles to play, I've played a citizen / CWU for the longest time and I'd like to experience what's behind the mask. 2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)My characters traits is that he's loyal (To The Union IE; All ways turns in rebels or suspicious activities by anyone and request help when he see's trouble.) He was beaten by the rebels for ratting them out, and so he told the CCA. The CCA beat and killed the man that hurt me, and from that moment on I became a loyalist. It took days of thinking, till my character figured out that the CCA were doing it for a reason. I met the CA and talked to him about how I felt and he was pleased, and gave me an orange. Good evening everyone, this is Ryan Carter of the CWU, I'm here to inform you all on the catastrophe that occurred in City 45 today.
The day was normal, until all the sudden, the temperature started rising out of no where. Temperatures gained at such a fast rate, that all the citizens had to be kept inside. This went on for a bit, until the CCA issued a martial law, containing all the citizens inside of the City 45 train station. The CWU brought water and cots for the citizens to sleep on during their stay, and also water, which was low, and had to be rationed accordingly. The citizens were sick, hot, and tired. They all laid about the cots in thirst, and hunger, there was nothing anybody could do at this point. The water supply was exhausted and tension was rising, they began to lose oxygen inside of the train station. Some passed out, and couldn't be given complete medical assistance from the train station. It was a very very rough time. The intercom came on, the citizens looked to the speakers in hope. "The temperature is decreasing, at an extensive rate." Said the intercom. The citizens were happy, they finally thought they were going to be free and ridden of the terrible heat wave. Until all of the sudden, the intercom came back on and said, "Citizens and Units advise, there is a high pressure cyclone, tornado's are possible to form." The citizens began to panic, as well as the CCA and the CWU, they all grouped together, and each and every citizen was transported into a safety bunker below the train station, it was dark, and cold.  (OOC)/ This guy was just chillin lookin' like a bad ass /  It was some of the hardest times for most of us, the citizens, the workers, and even the CCA were hurt during this terrible occurrence. When the destruction finally stopped, the citizens and units of City 45 saw that the town they were in was destroyed. The CWU HQ was in complete fall out. The CCA issued as city clean up. The citizens and workers worked together to get the majority of the rubble cleaned up. The town as of this very hour may still be in chaos.  UPDATE: The Citizens of C45 cleaned up most of the rubble around the CWU HQ and were rewarded for it by the CWU and the CCA. The city restoration continues as the days go by, we are currently recovering from this incident.   We can only hope our city administrators can assist us back onto our feet. DIDN'T READ IT BRO? WELL YOU SHOULD HAVEHello everyone, I'm going to spend a good bit of time explaining myself to you guys because I have a feeling that I'm gonna be around here a lot more often then I have been. To start, I'm not really ALL that new to Catalyst Gaming, I've played the HL2RP server off and on and tried the OCRP (Which no offence I didn't really like), but I am new to the forums. I play the HL2RP server because it's a relaxing activity. The game mode is perfected to my liking's of the whole "Prisoner Vs Guard" theme. It's my absolute favorite next to PERP. The game is quiet, calm, and relaxing, and action packed when it needs to be, any slight movement or word can change the outcome of a situation in an instant, that's what i love about it so much. Me, Myself, I'm a nice guy. I've got great manners, and i respect everyone around me as long as a mutual respect is given. I realize that I can sometimes be a bit biased and at times, Bipolar during situations, please just disregard any bull shit you get from me because i'm usually someone that is friendly angry then friendly again, it's just common. I'm interested in Garry's mod RP / Build , I enjoy most source games including TF2 and CSS (Hit me up and we'll we will play). I like to listen to dubstep, rap, rock, classical rock, some of the oldies, and while we're on the topic of music, my special ability is that I can freestyle rap insane lines, on the spot, no rehearsal, and usually do a good job. I haven't gone into anything serious with it I just rap with my friends but i find it to be a true skill. If you disagree, I don't really care, you have no idea so it doesn't matter. (There's my Biased coming in) I'm deeply obsessed with GTA San Andreas, i've been designing my own missions lately and it adds unlimited possibilities to the game, hit me up if you want to know more about it. Other than that, I smoke cigarettes, weed, and drink alcohol on occasion (everyone 1/2 in a blue moon) Hit me up if you want to discuss strains of bud or something, do not post here about how I am retarded for smoking pot, once again, you just don't even know, so i don't really care.587 If you're on my good side, I'm really nice, i plan to stay here and make some sort of an impression on you people as i do with everyone I come in contact with, please, get to know me. I really don't want to sound conceited but you'll be surprised how long a friendly, "Hi! Hello! How are you doing!" can go. Take care everyone!
