 The Outcasts is a primitive group striving to team up with a few other groups or special members in order to help the Outlands turn into a better chance of survivality and the better chance for more defensive primeters against the Overwatch members. The Outcasts accept men and women with any special abilities. We greatly are in need of members.

 The requirements in order to join are:
 -A firearm of anykind, loaded or empty.
 -Melee weapons. (optional)
 -Supplies such as: (optional)
    -Weaponaries, Ammunition, Food, Medical supplies, clothing, etcetera etcetera.
 -A kind manner.
 -Tokens in order to supply. (optional)
 -Stationary or Handheld radios.
