Every time I go on my PC it has a error screen saying "Windows has encountered a problem" and says to report it and it says it doesn't report it. I try to reboot windows and it does the same. I got a few new parts but made sure it was installed correctly and getting frustrated with it. Does anyone know or have a clue whats going on?

Have you tried booting into safemode?

Yep.

Looks like it's time to reinstall, sometimes it's the only way. Do you still have the disk for Windows?

Guess it's a hardware problem then. If you're not tech-savvy with hardware, I'd suggest getting it professionally checked out. Don't get ripped off for it, watch your prices, though I'm sure you already know this. :)

I dont quite get what that is sorry :'(

Best Buy is a ripoff, anywhere is probably better than them. I recommend Comp USA if you're in the Florida area. Their PC Diagnosis is $59.99.

If you plan to get a new PC. I would recommend finding a website where you can build your own custom PC to your own wishes and they will get all the parts, assemble it together and send it.
I thought you were Dutch, am I right? In that case, I really recommend you this website, as I got my PC from there as well:

If all else fails, I suggest having a huge restart with everything cleaned out.
-
If you want gaming performance, go with a tt computer. They are better than alienware for almost half the price.
-
I would suggest bringing it to get it checked out. A restart probably won't help that much.

Best buy can't fix your computer. They are the most computer illiterate people on the face of this earth.
