are the keys split between regions if so is it eu key?

fairly sure the keys work on any regions, it's just locked to your battle.net account region which requires contacting support to change which is dumb

so you can have any battle.net account, use the key and it will work but you can still only play on your region (na, eu, asia, whatever else)
