Israel is more of a danger to world peace than Iran is. Iran hasn't declared war on any other country for 300 years and has very few nuclear missiles (if any at all, remember Iraq you Americunts lol) , whereas Israel is armed to the teeth (albeit unofficially) and has been at war with almost every single one of its neighbours. You can't impose these strict sanctions without a backlash, the UK has only itself to blame for their embassy being ransacked; also, why are we even imposing these sanctions? O LOL I FORGOT. ONLY RICH COUNTRIES IN G8 CAN HAVE NUCLEAR MISSILES CUZ U NEED MONEH TO DEFENSE

What is your opinion? Is she just a racist cow or is she representing the white working class who are agitated with mass immigration into the United Kingdom. Personally, I see no problem with immigration; if you contribute more than you consume, you're more than welcome to stay. And the UK has to make some reparations to the many countries of the world that it raped and exploited during the times of the British Empire. Also...

I'll clear things up to the best of my knowlage.
Firstly under admin who issued the PK that was Leomarr, i simply removed your whitelist for the time being.
What i saw when overwatching the situation was you and your vortigaunt in the main lobby with 3 other units and DvL 252 (leomarr) i had apparantly missed some of the important text as i only noticed you being told to face the wall, what i had noticed though that you had commited a audio violation (Shit) i belive this was said after 252 had beaten you for some reason (Back talking him after he said no to you from requesting a speach(?)
From what I can remember, I asked him about making a speech and he denied it, I asked why and he said that it was too dangerous and then told me to leave. While leaving he called me a citizen, which I replied to 'I'm not a citizen and yes I am leaving.' He told me to get on the wall, and started tying me. I said 'You treat me like shit' AUDIOVIOLATION! *beats Grigory* I was like, fair enough, maybe I shouldn't have swore, then he takes me to the detainment room and we all know the story from there

4. You cited that I was killed for 'malcompliance' and the only order I failed to obey was to enter the furnace... I entered it anyway after a second warning and died which was why Monkey respawned me.

Honestly, I don't care if this appeal gets thrown in the bin because this community doesn't know how to make City Administrator roleplay enjoyable, and I'm not saying that to insult anyone it's just constructive criticism. Reason for Un-PK: Because I don't think its right for a DvL to decide that one of the only active CA's who I've built up his backstory over 2/3 months and lots of writing/research should die because the CA said "You treat me like shit" and supposedly 'backtalked' him which consisted of supporting the DvL while he was tying up Grigory. Another reason Grigory got pked was because I entered the furnace which was OOCly on under the DvL's command, died, got respawned and teleported back by Monkey and then got shot for not entering the furnace when instructed. What?!

Dear sirs/madams,
I am writing to request a permanent placement for C45.CONSCRIPT.63854 within my office.
I understand that you may view this as an act of 'kindness' towards the creature, however I disagree with this opinion; the simple fact is that the creature is very rarely placed on cleaning duties and my office is in a state of disrepair. The rug within it is stained with coffee, the lens gets dirty from time to time, the broadcast device is not as clear as it should be, and there are many files regarding the city's budget that are now of no use and simply clutter the office. I believe that putting the creature to use in my office rather than having it locked up in a cage, and disturbing a unit's standard patrol procedures by requesting his presence to watch over it, interferes with the Civil Authority's standard objectives.
I have worked with this particular conscript before under the watchful eye of a unit and I believe it to be of no danger to myself or any other member of the administration team, simply because it seems to be grateful to work within the office as it is less physically punished.
I am not requesting for the chains to be removed and it should have some form of tethering to a wall, should it become agitated and attempt to attack a member of the administration, which would give the victim a chance to escape and to call the CCA for the creature to be put down.
It will be ordered to complete mundane tasks and will have no access to sensitive information (It can't read anyway)
I understand that another conscript is owned by the CWU and I would hate to see any type of double standards given as a reason as to why the office can't have it's own conscript as we do not have anymore power than the average citizen.

You want to give them an SMG?! That would mean they're better equipped (offensively) than 04's. Even recruits can't have a pistol (icly). I think they should be armed with tasers or beanbag weaponry, not lethals

Falsehoods
Greetings, the letter program I initiated has presented few problem as of so far, however there have been some difficult questions I have had to answer. This document mainly describes the false information I have broadcast to the citizens to give reasons as to why certain laws have to be followed etc.
The first problem I encountered was one asking the Administration to explain why nonbranded foodstuffs are banned; of course I know that we have to force citizens to ingest pacifying chemicals to keep them under control and docile however I obviously could not disclose this to them. Instead, I warned the citizens that non-branded foodstuffs are contaminated with Necrotic spores and ingesting these foodstuffs could result in parasitic growth within their digestive tract. This is a lie but it is imperative this is maintained.
The second difficult question that I had to answer was why UPA (intercourse) is banned; I was forced to reply by stating that overpopulation will deplete our natural resources. This is not exactly a falsehood but this reason must be maintained to prevent contradicting statements.
I also attempted to draw greater loyalty to the Universal Union by stating that a new chemical that prevented malignant brain tumour growth has been added to the ration's supplements. This is a lie but it is imperative this is maintained.
CULT OF PERSONALITY
I strongly recommend my fellow Administrators to maintain a cult of personality. Stalin, Jong Il and Zedong and other leaders that history will remember maintained a cult of personality that gained the loyalty of the populace.
I convinced the citizens I averted the Cuban Missile Crisis during my work with Kruschev which averted thermonuclear war which would have led to the destruction of life on Earth. I hope that the citizens view me as a hero.
MEDICAL HISTORY
As you may know, I am 75 and therefore I am not as in shape as I used to be. My training with the KGB has allowed me to deal with pain. I will refer to them as politely as possible, but the units transferred from City 20 assaulted me like the thugs they are. I show utmost respect to the Universal Union but I believe I am entitled to my own opinion and I am glad those units are now in permanent stasis. The bridge of my nose was shattered and I thank the NOVA officer who applied a splint to it. I had heavy bruising to my left eye but this has healed without any damage to my vision. I am in no need for a codeine or other painkiller prescription, however I am requesting a prescription to minor anticoagulants to prevent a possible stroke as people of my age sometimes experience.

Grigory highly disagreed with the policy of Perestroika and disobeyed Gorbachev's orders by organising the assassination of citizens who were members of the Solidarity movement.
When Yeltsin lead a coup and overthrew the Soviet government, Grigory went into hiding as he was wanted for crimes commited in Poland in relation to the citizens who were assasinated.
He moved to Pyongyang and worked closely with Kim Jong Il in repressing media and designing anti-American propaganda. Stulenkov was paid handsomely by Kim Jong and Grigory remained in North Korea.
Grigory then began to study more literature on policies introduced by Jong Il on how he managed to have such a cult of personality. Then Grigory began to develop his own cult of personality, convincing the North Koreans that he was the only person keeping the imperialism of America at bay and that he even assisted Ho Chi Minh in the Vietnam war... really he never did either of those things, but everyone believed that he did. Literature criticizing Grigory was immediately banned and anyone who criticized Grigory was detained and rarely ever seen again.
When the Combine arrived and took the world over in mere hours, Grigory immediately struck a deal to disarm North Korea's missiles to prevent further Combine losses in return for a political position in the new government; Kim Jong Il was killed by a gunship and therefore Grigory was considered to be the de facto leader. Grigory was shoved onto a boat and moved to C18 as he waited for his application to be finally approved
