General Discussion / Re: Happy Thanksgiving« on: November 22, 2012, 10:50:27 AM »
Its even better when your birthday falls on the same day as thanksgiving. That means turkey day regular stuff and on top of it all, you get presents and cake. That sounds like a pretty amazing day if you ask me. Now if you excuse me, I have to stuff my face with turkey and cake then open my presents. Peace out.

Dear Santa,
This year I would like all the bitches. And I'm not talking like just the whole playboy mansion, I'm talking about everyone. I would also like new fleece pajama bottoms because my current ones have holes in them. I would also like to get Hitman:absolution, and Dishonored. Thank you. Sincerely, Mr.Twinkletoes 34
General Discussion / Re: Fallout 3 or New Vegas?« on: September 02, 2012, 07:09:05 PM »
Love them both, Bethesda put a lot of work into both of them. But lets get into this-
Overall fallout 3 is the best of the fallout installments. The mods are far more advanced and you have wider selection of them. It doesn't matter if they armor mods or small expansion packs like the "CUBE" mod(One of the best mods for fallout 3, try it sometime). The story of New Vegas felt kinda... straight forward and otherwise unbearable to get into, Fallout 3 on the other hand had a decent story line that was easy to follow and seemed reasonable. All the DLC's for both games felt "meh" they were "walk here and do this" and all they added were a few new armors/weapons/caps and a small story line that you would of been fine to have gone without. And then comes the bug issue that both games deal with.... constantly but I found the NV bugs quite hilarious. In NV they got the "group" system right and is way better than that of fallout 3's. Now I'm not saying I don't love and play New Vegas. It is a very good game and I enjoy playing it, I just enjoy fallout 3 a little better. Once the modding community works more on the New Vegas mods and gives out some more decent quality mods New Vegas will soon take fallout 3's place. (Music on both games are amazing and can't be compared) 36

Social Discussion / Re: Why video game piracy needs to be stopped and the future of PC GAMING (WIP)« on: May 18, 2012, 04:17:59 PM »Just skipping past that argument and going back to piracy. Finally, someone who has a rational thought about this problem. Anyways, the price really can't be lowered, as game makers already make very small amounts of money, which some of you guys think that they make lots of money especially from Treyarch. The only make around 90,000 dollars depending on your position. 60 dollars might be a tad expensive, but what isn't in this world that is a luxury? Sure they dont make a lot of money but then again most of the "game makers" are not in it for the money, its in the love for making and playing video games. And there if your going to talk about luxury just stop right in your tracks. Luxury is anything that isnt Water, food and shelter and if you start talking about paying a lot of money for these so called "luxuires" then you are insane. The prices do need to be droped and once they do people will be more impowered to buy games. And sure they dont make a lot of money but then again, the money distribution isnt being portrayed correctly. |
