FPS Drop In Outlands

This isn't necessarily a bug but I just wanted to see if its fixable or something. Alright, So on outlands server I don't have problem in the start, but when I get to the town / rebel town, or I look at where the location is, my fps randomly drops, but when I go out of the town or look away from it, its fine. I just wanted to make a complaint, but if anyone can help me out, Also I don't know if this happens to other people also, So please give me feedback! Thanks.

It's the map, I get it too, not much you can do from what I tell, my PC is fairly powerful so yeah, 29 FPS on a source game sucks

I get like an average of 40 with 25 in some areas. It's just the map, either most of it needs to be remade to provide better optimisation or there's not much else you can do.

There's a reason HL2:EP2 shipped outlands 10 and 10a as seperate maps, not combined. I did the best I could to optimize it for everyone but a valve rip is a valve rip. Ineu Vally should be less expensive and hopefully wont have to rely on a back clip plane.
