091's Authorization Application!

edit: after reading I've just got a few questions to see if I can relate it to something I can write up IC.

- Was 091 previously in City 45 and she transferred or was she always in City 38?

- When 422 and 091 cut themselves with the knives were the knives left behind with the rest of the gear or taken with themselves?

- Was 422 (from a non-IC perspective) killed or taken captive by X forces?

Basically once these are answered I'm going to give this app my full +support.

*She was in City 45 up until around a few weeks before the server went down, then transfered ICly to City 38.
*knives were taken with them; rest of the gear aside from a single first aid kit was left behind.
*422 wasn't killed, but took a shot to the spinal cord, then obviously fell when 091 dropped him. He's paralyzed, obviously, and in a  coma. Rest of the details if that ordeal, I'm still working out, and I'll pm relevant people (like Oz and raged, admins who want it, etc).

After a few discussions and questions being summed up, I would say this application is ready for a judgement.

I'll accept this application for now. Investigations and OOC drama is up to Lone and the S2 units.
