If i am understanding this right, this has been done on exiled servers or w/e they were called.  Where you can talk to the other servers that were exiled.  This could be rather useful in my opinion but people wopuld spam and etc like JiggerFrizz said.  im going to -support.

Would be a bad idea. It used to annoy people back in OC's GMR server because people would just spam global chat. If you want to talk to other people outside of one server, just use Steam.

-support its not really needed steam friends will do.

it will get spammed, it gets spammed now on gmr and it doesnt even work

Thats true now that I think about it. It is pretty much pointless. You can move to denied if you want.
