Server Update

---

- Made paper editable.  Can be edited by the player who placed it or an admin.
- Fixed the Gold/VIP system to work 100%

New Citizen Point system replacing the flawed loyalist point system:
/addpoints <name> <points> <reason> - Add Citizen Points. Logged in the system
/removepoints <name> <points> <reason> - Remove Citizen Points.  Logged into the system
/points <name> - View points.  Can view own.  Only CCA/Admin can view others.

In /points, the text displays the citizen status.

What does it mean by (CCA units name here) removed? Like citizen removed? EDIT: Let me clear this up, I mean in the last picture the very last thing it says is "C45.CCA.UNION-04.234 Removed" What the hell is that?

The points are on a linear system.  Added = + and Removed = -

In the last picture, it was just cut off
if it show'd the whole thing i would assume it to be: "C45.CCA.UNION-04.234 Removed 5 Points for [Reason(s)]

it's not like that citizen was 'removed' lol

Question: When I go to add or remove points and I type in the reason, it only shows the first word. Do I need to put underscores or dashes or something where spaces should be in order for all of the words to show up or something?

Quotation marks surrounding it like it shows in the ingame hint.
