Title: Respawning when untied/setting HC class

When people are untied they respawn at the default spawn location. When you set your class to 'elite metro police' you also respawn inside of the nexus. I lost the weapons I had equipped when I did it being my ar2 and 9mm pistol.

Don't know if its a one off bug thing and the server needs a reset or anything but yeah.
