Oct 23: Halloween Update.

Wow sounds pretty cool and it's a suprise lescheckitout.

There's only some pumpkins. ohjoy, maybe the big halloween update will be the 31st?

Yeah, yesterday on the 31st all citizens got pumkin heads and all CCA got skull heads.

It's better than nothing, and I already had a feeling there would be more and as you can see below, RTLK already confirmed that.
