Title: Ambiguous endings to fucking films and games /rant/
Post by: EmperorDisasster on May 04, 2012, 05:04:26 PM
Why the hell do they exist?! If developers are aware that its a risk, and ratings for their products could be so frigging awful that its canned. Even when the product is successful, its 50/50 chance the company will say "LOLFUCKTHAT" and do some other shit.

What endings, you may ask, well, these endings...

Move to 12:10 for the ending on v

Ambiguous in the sense that we never got a carry on of this Zelda timeline

What do all these endings have in common? They ended on what appeared to lead to a sequel (even if we didn't want one), and/or a glitch never happened in developments of a sequel causing its cancellation, sometimes they were cancelled for the hell of it.

Comment below on opinion, or specific ambiguous endings to films or games you hate.

This might not be what you wanted but, Movies and Films based around kids are normally bad. And that pretty sucks.
I've watched quite a few Flims and Movies that had been somewhat based around kids in the storyline and they were really really bad.

Link's awakening really pissed me off. The "it was all a dream" ending should never ever be used in anything, especially Zelda games.
