Please provide evidence that this community is falling apart. People come and go, and the fact that we have only a handful of admins means nothing.
AND the fact most of the people played for OCRP, which fell apart after OCRP2 and maybe will come back for CGRP (maybe). The other reason neither of us can prove weather CG is stable or not is because forced registration which means nothing says CG has 65,437 and counting members, when that only means 65,437 unique people passed through any of the CG servers (or gmod only i havent followed up on that) within the past 1219 days OR 3 years, 4 months, 3 days and counting. None of us can entirely prove how many of those members have/currently used/use the forum on a daily basis, but i'm willing to bet its less than 1/3 of the 65k members.
My point has been proven and thanks for the initiative.

All the butthurt cow pls you haven't talked to me in AT LEAST a year... You don't know whats gone on. For the record, Harbor Roleplay server 2 is down for maintenance and I don't have one day off of work this week so I can't fix it. Not sure why Cinema and Sandbox are down, but I'm sure Somone has a good reason.
Don't worry wake I still love you  MODIFIED AGAIN: I'd like this conversation to stop here (or at least the part i'm involved in) because it is just going to end up causing needless trouble for me and possibly some other members. However I will leave this post here as a laughing stalk, or something of the like.

Pretty much. I only play on CG servers as it's the only stable community I have found with a decent player-base (debatable now). Keep on pokeing around for another server, gain rep, get admin, everything becomes norm again I guess.

 OCRP2 Patch & Update
Changes:
- It doesn't matter if you are the owner of the vehicle or not, you can still use the headlights as long as you are the driver.
- When you exit a vehicle, it will now lock if you are the owner, buddies with the owner, or in the same org as the owner.
- All weapons now have custom holster time instead of all being at 10 seconds.
- Added new radio stations.
- Extended the hud capacity for rp names to hold maximum 15 chars. If your name is longer than that, it will cut down to 12 chars and add two dots to the end like before.
- Dispatchers now get a notify when a player joins or leaves a government job.
- Bus drivers and tow truck drivers can now use the /radio command.
- Government vehicles now get custom license plates. It will say GOV-XXXX. This means you can now look them up on the police computer.
- Boosted police officer paycheck. Turns out they got the same as citizens.
There are possibly more, but i only started making this list like an hour ago.
None of the bug fixes has been listed here. But many bugs has been fixed.

When reporting a bug, please make sure it does not already exist in the bug reports section. A bug might have been considered "fixed", and then moved, but if you are able to recreate the bug again after this patch, please just post a new bug report on it.

Well long story but.... Yeah... I am back, well actually i never left because im not much for leaving but ANYWAYS.. The below is slightly more important. Well hello there, Over the last 9 or 10 months or being away from cg, i have been to hell and back with certain other things i was occupying my time with (other garrysmod communities), and yes literally hell... I have been thinking of CG a lot, and ive been conversing with apex, which is where my new name comes from (well actually its old but you havent seen it), and ive been conversing with wakeboarder who mighthave removed me. Well anyways I am quite happy for the release of ocrp 2, other than the fact that i lost some irl money in the mix, but i should be able to get over that. I am not sure i'm welcome here and i need some more steam friends so respond D:? Also you might be like "ERM UH le its dead silent urgh that beach towel" (or something of the likes), but owning 6 communities in the past 10 months has really changed me to be less of an idiot. ("ORLY?" some of you may say.)... Well either way i am open to anyone adding me on steam if you remember me or if you just want to talk to me or know about the shit that's happened the past 10 months with me (its actually quite interesting)...:/ Well im not sure how deep im going to plunge into cg this time around but i want you guys (if you remember me as an annoying oldfag (kinda i joined like june 2k11) to let go of that and try our friendship again ? Working hard right now to have a smooth launch tomorrow. Hoping for the best. Just a heads up, anyone wanting to donate for ingame money will probably have a cap where you get x amount max per day, increasing every day.

Indeed. Donations for money is supposed to be disabled for (2 weeks right?) to keep a fair start for everyone at the launch. Do you don't have rich people driving around in expensive cars the first day already. 
But that doesn't stop them from driving around in fancy cars after donations are enabled >_>... In my opinion the money issue will never be fixed because people will donate and keep donating for in game cash then buying their cars then donating more... Also i'm guessing those of us who bought people gold member for in game cash are out of luck :/? Well it will be fun until donations for money are enabled... Also crap head you mentioned the police rank system thing.. What are the gold member benefits for ocrp then?

In case none of you have ever heard of the plugin named "collusion" that tracks and displays the invisible websites tracking your personal data and so in in the form of cookies. I just wanted to show you all this, so i did a quick example with cg.net... So i went into chrome, and typed in www.catalyst-gaming.net and did nothing else, and i was already being tracked by 26 invisible sites, as shown in the picture below:  Next, I went to the thread about rofl being in a car accident and I looked at the pictures, then looked at the trackers again:  Thats 39 sites that are tracking my shit and ive only done 2 THINGS... Ok so yeah... you all probably already know you are getting tracked and stuff but i just wanted to demonstrate :/ ~silent

It's not /that/ big, but for people who have slow internet then yes it's gonna take awhile and would be best to download now.
I'm probably gonna open it up in sandbox and get to know the map.
