The button for the authorization apps is broken

Once you get to RTLK's old auths application page http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?topic=7663.0, and click the link that says apply here. It takes you back to the Index page. So could we get this fixed? Also sorry if I put this in the wrong section I was unsure where to put it.

We didn't forget, we're redoing all of it. All bans were unauthenticated and all of his code is open to SQL injection.
