Title: I believe that the schema isn't recognizing OA as the base.

Help  It says "The Lua Cache could not be downloaded. Server is misconfigured"
 When my friend makes it we have a SQL And everything setup correct help?

It's the fastdl on the server. Update the cache on fastdl or turn it fastdl off.
