On Outlands, I think I hated Zak the most. Idk if anybody really remembers him, but his character kinda came off as a prick. Glad he died. On City, I don't have any hates in particular other than the occasional minge or terrible unit.

I like to think of 031 as a Great Dane. Huge and intimidating as fuck, but when it comes down to it, he has a tender side. His bark is fucking horrifying so there is little need for his bite, however when it's out there it hurts a lot.

Old man seems to be caught up between trying to do what's right and what's best. Which a lot of the time are not the same thing.
I think you have the right idea, trying to bring all the big names of Outlands together under one flag.
Too many guns and guys trying to lolsavetheday. It makes it difficult to try and do the opposite, even if one were to try (like the event today) you get swarmed by fags looking for action thus killing the action much faster than need be and hence causing OOC arguments like what went down.
I have several human characters. Fire Heart, Chrysanthemum Knight, Christian Langely. Rufus Libman, Octavia 'Roc' Wainwright, Daniel Lao, Viorica Amanar.
*Sigh* No comment. I feel just spending a total of 30 minutes on outlands during an event or high traffic times would express that well enough.

Because everyone is stuck on their chars. One thing that should be stressed in OL is much similar to the rule about Walking Dead. Never get attached to a character. They can die at any moment. Not to mention if someone tries to kill someone, they are swarmed. So that doesn't help.
