My name is 429ghost, I was active around the 2011-2012 Era of CG, and a frequenter of the late HL2RP back in its prime. As high school started becoming more demanding each passing year, I left for an indefinite amount of time.
I've come back to find unfortunate circumstances; HL2RP and OCRP are both dead. It's unfortunate, because back when I was active, CG's HL2RP server was arguably the best and most well managed in all of Gmod.

I will soon be patrolling with such a great Civil Protection Force. I wonder the adventures I will have. I spoke to Officer 897 of GEAR. I told him that I wanted to join GEAR, and that I had a lot of experience from GRID back in City 45. We then wen't to the High Command Assembly Hall and I was given the position. I must say, it was a great honor serving the Universal Union under the City 45 Civil Protection. I've also had many great memories as a Loyalist in City 45. I'm not sure if I am to ever return to City 45, but at least I know that I'm doing my part. The city is so huge, that a citizen metropolitan transit system is permitted and controlled by the CWU. It allows citizens to get to their destinations quicker.

And despite the size of the city, the City 32 Combine Civil Authority is one of the most effective Civil Protection Forces I have ever seen. In fact, just earlier, a small riot formed, and it was quelled in less than 10 minutes.

I'm so glad to be working with such a great Civil Protection Force. Anyway, the divisions here are the same as the divisions back in City 45. It goes like this: GENERAL, the main division that handles recruits and training, as well as interviews for incoming units, similar to UNIFORM. JURY, the sociostability division, comprised mostly of patrolling units, it is also the division that includes the City 32 CCA Riot Control Task Force , City 32 CCA Advanced Investigations Task Force, and the City 32 CCA Special Response Task Force, it is similar to APEX. APOLLO, the medical division, comprised of field medics and surgeons as well as researchers in medical science, similar to NOVA. GEAR, the mechanical division, comprised of engineers and scientists and inventors, tasked with Nexus and UU Tech maintenance and other responsibilities involving UU technology, similar to GRID. The eldest sibling, Jake Armstrong, was the one who encouraged Rex to become an actor. Armstrong has admitted to being Agnostic. Armstrong is known to be a frequent drug abuser and womanizing playboy. Since the start of his fame, Armstrong has been known to do cocaine and marijuana out of influence from other celebrities. In 2006, Armstrong survived a drug overdose of cocaine. Upon being discharged from the hospital, Armstrong wen't to rehab and learned how to remain sober. Armstrong's love life consists of one night stands and occasional prostitutes. Armstrong has never married and intends not to. This has been a center of controversy among several feminist groups and parent associations who believe that Armstrong could be a bad influence on his fans.

After the Combine invaded and conquered the Earth, Los Angeles was turned into City 7. Armstrong was taken from his Beverly Hills mansion, given citizenship, and was relocated to City 45. Armstrong would occasionally run into a few citizens who would recognize him, and a few citizens who were fans of him. Armstrong is experiencing a very tough withdrawal from cocaine, as he never actually stopped after going to rehab. With the presence of the Combine, finding cocaine was made very hard.

Hey everybody, I've been inactive since April. You may know me as 429ghost / Dr. Grant Peters / Unit 429 (Boris Gorbachev) / Captain Mark Johnston / Eddie Low from HL2RP.
Originally, I was going to be inactive to focus on all the exams I had in school from that point until summer. But then over time, I thought about it, and thinking about the CCA unit wipe at the time and how I got demoted from an 03 all the way back to an RCT, all my hard work going down the toilet, I decided to give RP a break. I got fed up with it, six months of dedicating my time and wasting my life.
Since then, I have been on another community, it's a community that talks about zombies, and I like zombies! Don't mean to advertise but if you want to check it out: Zombie-forum.com There's also RP there too, I've created my own game there and it's pretty famous amongst the RP group of the community.
Anyway, I'm back now, and only occasionally will I get back on HL2RP, however I am no longer committing a lot to it. If there's any RP I'll be doing here, I'll probably be doing it on OCRP more than any other.

<::|| Well, I've been demoted to recruit, and I don't know why. Appearently it's CCA wide as many others had been demoted as well. I guess I will have to work my way back into GRID, or VICE as it has been renamed. I have just finished basic SCIP 9mm training. This is all too easy. It's going to be an 'Easy A'. ||::>
Please put a sort of barracks where off-duty units 02- may ICly go to sleep, perhaps having bunk beds and lockers. And alongside this barracks, a stasis room for 01+ and COTA. Please connect these to the mess hall/break room.
Also, for City Administration, perhaps a type of Office level for them, with a broadcasting room and atleast three desks. Above City Administration, a seperate office for Sectorial Command/High Command, as it wouldn't make sense that Sectorial Command shares an Office with City Administration like they do now, I can remember one time the SeC kicked my CA out of the office to have a meeting about something.
One more thing, perhaps a forensics lab, used by NOVA for investigations involving biological evidence such as blood samples or DNA samples?
In the front of the nexus, perhaps setting up a gate? So that way a level three tresspassing charge won't have to be imposed on anyone who passes the barriers(such as minges being trolls because they can see that it says very clearly "Going past the barriers is level three tresspassing"), just a level one for anyone who manages to infiltrate the gate?

Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations. When Ron Martin moved to the United States from China, he simply did not like the way of life in America. Their self centered egos, their incompetence, their obesity, many things. He thought of the US as the most scum nation on the Earth. But he believed it could be 'clensed'... With violence. Ron always called for the death of many. He has killed several people and injured countless others. He would either go on small killing sprees or set off bombs on shops and buildings. He never leaves a single trace, and has caught the attention of the FBI. He managed to contact certain people to also help supply him with arms, such as weapons, ammunition, bombs, etcetera. Eventually he managed to figure out how to create bombs himself. He created bombs varying from Composition C-4, Napalm, Nitroglycerin, or just traditional Trinitrotoluene. He destroyed many buildings filled with innocent american lives with these bombs. Since the Combine invaded, his terrorist activities have reduced. It's not that he is afraid, it is just that the CCA has way better precision than the FBI. Instead, he has spent his days planning his attacks. He wants to make sure his plans are perfect enough to take on a force such as the Combine.
What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects? Perks -Military-like ability, being a domestic terrorist he has to think like a warrior.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects? I wish to make my character sort of a Combine Era 'Terrorist', which would include things such as Bomb RP and things similar to rebellion(However it is important to note the difference between rebellion and terrorism).
