Title: Rp_45 map laggy?

Alright, when I first joined it was not laggy and my fps was about 65. Then when I went outside, and looked in the direction of the combine place my fps dropped to 5, I can not rp with 5 fps. I do not know what is wrong but the sky is white, and I think the skybox is broken, but I doubt that's the problem. Any help?

If the others are not expierancing this, check your graphics card.
