Title: City 11 Patrol Requirements

The following patrol requirements are mandatory and cannot be altered:

Main City:
- Minimum: 1 Unit (04+)
- Patrol Authorization: No requirement, constant patrol.
- Patrol Loadout: Stunstick only

Slums:
- Minimum: 2 units (One unit of 02+ or APEX 03+, the other 04+)
- Patrol Authorization: No requirement, non-constant patrol.
- Patrol Loadout: Sidearms in-hand, not readied.

Sewers:
- Minimum: Either 2 units (1 APEX 02+ required, 02+ required) or 2 units (2 01+ required, High Command Authorization required)
- Patrol Authorization: EpU+ if no High Command are online, otherwise OfC+ as well as valid reason.
- Patrol Loadout: Lethals ready

Recruit Patrol Authorization:
- Requires another unit as a partner that is 04+
- Only allowed in City or Slums
- Recruit only allowed in slums with 2 units that meet the Slums requirement.
