Along with CA model

As you can see, they're floating about a foot off the ground and bent over. There was about five people in that room, but the ones you couldn't see just flickered in and out of visibility.
Re connecting did NOT help at all.

Have you tried clearing your models folder?
Backup your models folder in your gmod/gmod/ then delete it.
-
I had a problem back in 2010 which did this, deleted gmod and reinstalled.
-
Rename your garrysmod folder to something else and start up gmod, it'll create a new one. From there you need to open up your old garrysmod folder and drag across what you want to keep, I'd probably limit that to maps and addons only.

I had this issue before when I reinstalled Windows 7 1-2 weeks ago, it was because I didn't have my HL2 and Episodes fully downloaded/installed on Steam. Downloading them fully seemed to fix it for me. If it doesn't work, verify your caches.

I've put a post up on Facepunch to see if we can get some assistance with the issue: http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1193928
If all else fails I'll try to recompile it on the multiplayer engine with CSS settings which will probably mean all of the entities get replaced, fml.
