Yes, I get that its an MMO and sometimes franchises don't convert well, but we have to give it a chance. The new star wars game was pretty good.

And lets be honest, you were expecting them to make something like this.

No again. They weren't going to do this, it is not them, they even told us that they wanted to focus on the single-player experience and perfect that, not focus on multiplayer.

look at all the elderscrolls games

I also hope that it has RPG elements, instead of kind of how WoW did it.

Most people dont know this but this was in dev. b4 anyone even knew that skyrim was being made... That said it will be nothing like any of the other TES games. It's looking like a WOW clone more and more. There are no dragon shouts... you know what... you wont be able to do anything your able to do in almost all the TES games. All this is just a WOW clone and a bad one at that. If your into point and click games have at it.
Me sadness....

I am really excited for it, but I have noticed a decline in MMO gaming recently. at least in the quality of

Primarily single-player series have made multiplayer variants before (i.e. Ultima Online, which actually became very sucessfull).

I'm rather glad they named it TES Online instead of TES 6: Online, like they did with Final Fantasy 11 and 14 instead of making them a seperate spin-off series.

I can not wait until Elder Scrolls online, I think it will be awsome to run around all of Tamerial with other people.

I don't know if I will be SUPER HYPED about this in the future because I am not really expecting to be an amazing best thing ever game. Ill probably just end up sticking to Skyrim if I want some Elder Scrolls gameplay.
A minute after I told Rofl about this combo of VC's

Eh, no. I'll save my 2 cents for Planetside 2.

Trying to convert a single player game [franchise] into a multiplayer or MMO game doesn't work. Ever.

Look at SW:TOR. SW:KOTOR and SW:KOTOR TSL came before that, and were good games. TOR isn't that good.

I'm afraid that they're going to destroy the TES series since i dont think it was built to become an MMORPG
But but... it can be good im going to buy it so we will see!

This does not look that good as I hoped it would be.
hello my name is Ryan Fournier. I am known on the internet as autism, and I like to pretend I am a little boy named Jamie Laou, a Justin Bieber look alike. I am not 18, so don't listen to me when I say I am. I'm roughly 13 years old.

I feel like they're going away from what the elder scrolls are really about, so... You know, I probably won't buy it.

First off, they aren't pulling a Bioware, this hiccup most likely won't destroy the series. Second off, it has a hot-bar and it looks like Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning... If it's Free-to-Play, I would think about giving it a chance, but if it's 20-dollars a month? I'm starting a riot. Sadly, I think this is just to expand on Lore a bit, which I'm cool with. But if they are thinking of making the game worse just to have a more varied community, then they are forgetting logic and becoming money whores. Hopefully Zenimax doesn't make this idea spread onto Bethesda, I'm cool having a bud come over and us two fighting dragons and shaz, but making it so some little kid can join the party and pull a grief move? No. Just no.
I wonder if you even bother...
