1) Please write a minimum of one paragraph OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority had lead your character to do so.
I wish to join the CCA because it is always hard work keeping the server in good order. (i.e minges)
I wish to join because I'm a trustworthy person, and can be expected to respond to any situation quickly and efficiently.
I wish to join because I have had previous experience. I have reached the rank of OfC on the other server, and know what to do to.
2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)
My characters traits are lawful, trustworthiness, smart, and agile. These traits make me (and character) very good at responding quickly.

3) Please provide one paragraph about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character?
The CCA will be rough. It's a hard job the first few ranks. I will have to follow the orders of my superiors at all times. Once I start achieving the high ranks, I will be given more responsibility and will have to use that well.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 250 words.
Derek Curter was born in 1990. He was a smart kid, but he never really applied himself in his classes. He was a goofball and made some good jokes when people actually listened.
Fast forward to 2000. Derek's sister, Molly was born. He and Molly were a good team once Molly grew up.
Fast forward to 2008. The whole family was in the car traveling to Pennsylvania for vacation. But on the way, a drunk semi-driver smashed into the left side of the car and totaled it. Derek's mom was killed. Molly would've died too, but Derek had thrown himself over her to try and protect her. Derek received several cuts and bruises that are still healing.
Fast forward to 2010. Derek moves out of the house after a fight with his dad. Derek argued that he wanted to watch over Molly, because he wanted to avoid another accident like the car. His dad argued that Molly will be safe with him, and she's old enough to take care of herself. Derek then packed and backed his car out so fast the taillight fell off, he was so angry.
Fast forward to 2012. Derek graduates from college with a degree in Computer Science. Molly enters Junior High, much to Derek's happiness.
Fast forward to 2013. Derek has a high-paying office job. However their Dad had fallen ill with cancer in his kidney. Derek rushes his dad to the hospital and they do all they can to help him. Before they can tell him, he rushes away to Molly's school where he picks her up and speeds to the hospital. As they rush up to their Father's room, a nurse stops them just outside the room and with red eyes, says that their father has died, the cancer was too far advanced to stop. Now suffering the loss of both parents, Molly moves into Derek's apartment.
Fast forward to 2016. Derek is at work and Molly at school. Derek, on his break goes over to the window and stretches, but the sky was unnaturally grey, and had a blue ring in the middle of it. Derek watched with curiosity. After a odd-looking ship flew out of it, it shot a pulse at the building, which shook and began falling apart. Derek tore down the stairs to his car. He had to get Molly. Once he had arrived, There was pools of blood everywhere. Only the teachers seemed to be alive. Running through the building, he saw a glimpse of Molly's body...black.
He can't recall anything else after that. Is it the water? Did he get knocked out?
