My response to that. Is it that hard to state your location and reason? Yes it may only take a minute to respond to a call. Hoever with society nowadays they like to debate everything so calls average to 5 minutes for us now. With tons of calls coming in, that adds up real fast.

This system as karma said is too complex. If there's no other points could you lock it please karma?
