It is, CWU can spawn it which is where I get my supplies from. I Have an IC agreement with the Foreman of CWU aka Misty Butt stallion, and I have a permit as well which says I'm allowed to sell CWU goods.

We can somehow spawn coffee too, although it doesn't say that it is UU branded
