How to record and upload a BR to youtube. VERY EASY AND FAST!

Hello everyone.

I've decided to make a tutorial on how to record a video and upload it to youtube in high quality, very fast.

Let's begin.  (I have Windows 7 so I have no idea how it is on other OPs)

Step 1: Download FRAPS (either the trial verision or you pirate it)
Trial: http://www.fraps.com/download.php
Pirate: http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/6289443/Fraps_v3.4.0_(Full_Registered_Version)_[RH]  (I used this one)

Step 2: Download windows movie maker (I think it works with any sort of WMM. I have Windows movie maker live)

Step 3: Install it, derp.

Step 4: Record your video ingame with FRAPS, obviously.

Step 5: When you are done. Open Windows movie maker.

Step 6: Edit your clip to make it "better"

Step 7: (This is how it works with Windows movie maker live)...Click on the youtube icon in the upper right courner.

Step 8: Log into your account

Step 9: Let it upload!

Step 10: DONE!


By doing it this way, Uploading from Windows movie maker live, it goes so much faster than uploading directly from youtube. You also upload in high quality! Not a crappy quality like xfire. I hope this works for you!

Meh, I believe a demo is much, much better. You can record the whole thing, compared to FRAPS where you can only get what happened afterwards.
But yes, FRAPS is good to record and upload your demo's if there's any rulebreakers.

Record what happens afterwards? What? I've done more than 100 Br's and I had no problem in knowing when to start recording.

I mean, if you don't wanna end up with a big-ass file on 500MB, just start demos ingame and record where it's needed. @I have slow UL speed.

I KNOW, but I just can't see how WMM would make your UL speed faster. Do you mean that WMM converts your video file to make it smaller or???

I have no idea why it makes the UL much faster but when you use it you will upload like x5 faster more or less. Its much better
