For some reason, when people use the female 01 model, it messes up for me. I never had this issue before. This is what I mean.

It's odd because it doesn't even look like the 01 model at all... If anyone knows how to fix this, it'd be appriciated. :D

Looks like some custom model you picked up from somewhere. Easy fix. Not sure if this os accurate but:
models/humans/group01/female_01
delete that.
