That's not really what I meant. There are a few problems with your given scenario despite it's inherently short length; how are you 'forging' these bars of iron? "Rebel2: /me begins a long painstaking task of forging iron" is certainly not the right way to go about doing anything, you /me's should be detailed and plentiful for something like this- assuming you even knew how to do this in the first place.
Have a look at some of the accepted applications and try to go for something they have, unless this is fixed in 24 hours (assuming no other admins want to intervene) I'll be denying this.
Please deny, Dallas, I have no time to change this, and I'm not too experienced with forgeRP, so. I'll make another tool trust in a month or so.

Your situation that you've provided is essentially you asspulling a prop. Please re-structure it to something else, I'd advise looking at the accepted applications first and try to go for something like that.

I've recently transferred one of my characters to the outlands but annoyed to find that pretty much the whole map is checkered pink and black or there just errors! If you know anywhere to download these textures for free please refer them to me if not ill buy hl2 ep2

I will use tool trust to brighten up roleplay, And decorate not only my house, but other's too. I will use tool trust to use props to roleplay.
A roleplay situation I could use this for:
Rebel1: Here's the iron

Rebel2: /me takes the iron saying, "Let's get to work."

Jessica fell kicked the window, it smashed, she slowly climbed out, edging herself along the ledge, wary of cameras, she was trying to gain access to District 6 of City 8. Slowly, she jumped onto a vending machine, slowly, crouching made her way across the road, where a door opened, she was in an abandoned mall, the man who had let her in walked away, she crept upstairs, heading for the top floor, it was old and dirty, blood everywhere, also posters, there were parts of the stairs missing, and she was scared of walking up them, as they were making creaking noises. Slowly, she arrived at the top floor, to see a dead body lying on the couch, a man behind Jessica said "Holy shit! Jack's down!"
Jessica picked up the knife and the mask, slowly thinking 'These'll come in useful'
Then, she realised cameras had picked her up, and the CCA were coming, she had to run, She eventually got to a train, and begun a journey to City 17.
What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?
Perks
Allowing to stay hidden with Black Mask.
Allowing to protect self with knife.
Defects
People may still hear my voice, etc, when I have my mask on.
It is hard to cut kevlar with knife.
What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
Use these items to avenge my friend's death.

If you're talking about the HL2RP server, yes. You get PET flags (with the T being tooltrust) when donating. Don't remember if it's automatic, but it might be. Along with that, though, you get benefits on the other servers as well. A full list of benefits for GOLD or VIP can be found here. And yes, donations are permanent unless you abuse the privilages that are given to you. Then they'd probably get removed (IE: propspam, you'd get you PET flags removed).
Might go and donate then, could do with some PET flags. Would they be on outlands?

You'll have to arrange it all ICly and have it actually be reasonable. The only acceptable way of doing this is what Khub mentioned. You'll have to see if you can convince a unit to do that for you, but its extremely highly unlikely.
Time to ICly move to the Outlands, I believe...

So, I can only use flashlights when they are in my inventory, when I equip them, they show up but don't let me use them.
I need to keep them in my inventory for them to work.

It is possible, but you'd have to find a unit who would be capable of and willing to do it, since the authorization applications system disallows applying for anything CCA-related.
Crap. I really need my citizenship removed lol. Or at least presumed dead. Like Gordon Freeman, y'know? She's not dead, but faked her own death.
