Title: Gold Member Problem

I donated a week ago, and I was playing on my usual character. I put him in the outlands and decided to make a city character. I made the city character and I only spawned with P and E flags. (Physgun and prop spawning). Nothing else. I asked in the shoutbox and they said it should be automatic. So I made this post. Yes, I tried making the character again, and even a different character. I still had only P and E flags. The admins told me I should have automatically got all the features so I don't know. Please help. My original character works fine, but my new characters don't.
