Title: [7/17/12] HL2RP Update

Just applied an update to HL2RP.  Should help prevent crashing.

- Chatbox char increase from 126 or something to 350.  Message continues in /it, /r, or /broadcast depending what it was originally.
- Ban now will place the banners name inside the reason. Aka: RDM (Banned by: RoflWaffle)
- Set permaprops to only work when added on the dev server.  (THIS IS THE REASON FOR NOT SAVING! QUIT PERMAPROPING EVERYTHING)
- Hopefully fixed time issue.
- Hopefully fixed saving issue.
- Hopefully fixed supplies/wages.
- Fixed ViewObjectives and added /EditObjectives for CmD+

I'm not the only one. I know if TOMASAS had time and cared a bit more (not saying ya don't tomasasasas but you have a lot on your plate) he could easily do this and more. I just have time and now that I am back want this to be damn good.

One bug. When you PM somebody if your message is longer than the one standard line of text it'll paste the rest of your PM into /it.

Because no offence, giving someone box access or even a copy of the script requires someone that can be trusted, not just anyone with lua skills.
