If he wanted to know what the city was like, why did he not just create another character and look around before jumping on his character with his AR2 going gun-ho

No offense Krisrules, but this decision should be handled by someone who did the event.
He simply said he supported the un-PK, he was not handling the situation himself.  Also, after reading through this, I'm going to deny it.  It was your choice to walk around with an AR2, you should have known the risks but you did it anyway; therefore it is your fault you were PKed.
