I'm having trouble locating the Tool trust Application.

I looked at this thread here : http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php? And the thread is locked. I can't seem to find out where else to post the tool trust application and I'm in need of it shortly. I'm just one step away from becoming a CWU and my past request have just been forgotten or unnoticed. If anyone could please help of if i could talk to an admin about receiving it, a small interview will show i'm more than over-qualified for it's uses. Thanks for you for your time!

Hmm, it isn't. Maybe they are being... No longer accepting them?

well being a CWU requires it and i highly doubt they don't want to hire new recruits. Could an admin maybe talk to me about an alternative way of obtaining tool trust? i'd greatly appreciate it.
