It still stated that the Director was above the citizens ("More than just a citizen in a white shirt."). I have seen you on maybe three or four times, and no progress has actually been made. In all honesty, Adam ran the CWU into the ground, but you're leading it down even further. We have only one worker, a representative, and three or more managers. This is incredibly unbalanced. The CWU has made no progress since Adam was kicked out of it.

I can clearly remember Roflwaffle's warning that if you even showed signs of elitism or if your ego got bigger, you would be removed instantly.

I Will admit nearing the end of my position at CG the cwu was getting bad... But not as bad as outsiders thought. I have taken time to rethink my mistakes i think i know which way to go now. This post was directed at Ice and Yankee i want them both punished for their incompetent mistakes.
I knew yankee was conspiring against me and hand feeding someone. But he lied to me, saying he wasn't. I doubt any of you believe that.

You're both mistaken. There is one Worker listed, as well as two applications that were accepted just today and yesterday. I've gotten on every time I was home. For almost the entire time that I was awake. The people who are Managers (Including you) are people whom I have designated as such. I'm filling it from the top down based on their competency and former rank. Adam posted items without showing the other half of the conversation. (Which I'll show you down here: )

I am LEADER of the CWU, which I imagine would entail me controlling what happens on the CWU forums. (Even I'll admit that sounds a little Elitist.)

That's a lie. I've been the leader of the CWU for around a month. At the most. How can you say I've destroyed the CWU? 1. Remove Ice from leader.
2. Add adam as leader.
3. Rebuild the CWU from the ground up.( Do not remove all the workers again like ice did, after he did that I had no desire to be in the CWU)
4. Train and actually promote people, Sweeping the ground gets a bit tedious after the 100'th time.
5. Open 1 large shop not many small ones, that would make it easier to sell and divide the roleplay up between active members at the time.
6. Maintain a constant steady pace of roleplay that goes on.
7. Profit.
Suggestions: Decorate public areas with maybe some props like chairs and couches, Also make paintings of CCA Propoganda.
Ice: From what I have seen, your best friend on the server is an excuse. You don't understand CWU canon. I honestly hate what you have done to the CWU, what is the point in removing all of the CWU. Nobody is going to re-apply if they already have a CP character. Now if they reset all the CP characters it would be worth re-applying. I was leader for about four weeks. Applications had just opened this week. Training was in the works, as well as a shop. I never hinted at Workers being superior. Infact, I said that Workers were merely citizens with a white shirt as you can see here:

Why didn't you use all this time, to correct people's grammar, and use it on fixing your mistakes and helping the server. And if you think that correcting someone's grammar is a insult you need to rethink ways of trying to insult people.

There should be a community vote on who is the new organizer. But RTLK said thats not how the community runs. All i know is the person whos ranting has the stage.

Being friends with both Adam and Ice i feel like i have a very neutral opinion on this matter.Do i think Ice did a bad job with the CWU? No, i do not.Sure he made some wrong decisions but we all do, i always felt like he was a great leader and a nice person even with his ego, and the same goes for Adam.I hear Avalanche is going to be asked to take on the position of CWU Organizer/Director so good for him, do i think it is a good idea? No, but i think he deserves a chance to prove himself like anybody else would.So before world war three, war of the hissy fits happens again i think we should all give him a chance and anybody else who is picked.

Where does it say he is better then all the other citizens? I haven't seen that in any portion of "proof" you have posted here. I have only seen that he isn't just a citizen with a white shirt. That could mean many different things, he is someone a bit higher then just a normal white shirted citizen.
