Yeah, the new MMO by Bioware (Creators of Knights of the Old Republic, possibly one of my best games.) and Lucasarts (If you don't know who these guys are, you shouldn't know what Star Wars is.). I'm planning to get it on it's UK release of 22nd of December, but by pre-ordering it, I get an early game access code to start early with a level cap until the game is released. This is to ease people into the game so that the servers aren't overwhelmed on the first day.
At the price of £30 for the normal edition, you get the game and a free months subscription. The subscriptions after that are exactly like WoW's.
Now I know what your going to say, WoW is for nerds. I agree.
However, I've always been a Star Wars fan at heart since I was a toddler, and I've found that the time period around KOTOR has been the most enjoyable. Give me your thoughts on if your going to buy it.

Same here, got both kotor 1 & 2 and I love them both. I sometimes watch all 6 episodes when I'm bored or when I can't sleep.

Can't wait myself. Have both KOTOR and KOTOR 2, although KOTOR is better IMO.

I'm planning either Trooper or Jedi Guardian. Hard to decide.

Not going to play it for reasons of:

I hate paying for MMOs
I hate grinding
I hate leveling

Sounds good, we should definitely make some sort of joint effort as some missions.
I'm hoping to go as Jedi Guardian, perhaps. Maybe Consular, but if we're all in the Galactic Republic/Jedi Order, we can at least do missions together. Would be cool.

I'd play it, but I won't, due to need to pay-every-month-or-don't-play. It's like, you're chained to one game, and you have to play it, otherwise your money will be wasted.

Thats a good point Veran, that's why I never got into WoW. However, with this, you get so much more for your money. I mean it's not as thought I'll stop playing Gmod full stop, this is more of a side thing to play. I mean if you look at a list for what you get for your money, it's so worth it. Will probably make a thread later about it adding peoples names and accounts etc so we can add each other.
One thing I dislike is the space combat, theres hardly any freedom. I would rather fly around worlds freely rather than be on a chain that keeps the screen moving so you can only move around on your screen.
