Cindy Whitmore's Civil Authority Application
OOC Name: Epic Panda
IC Character Name: Cindy Whitmore
1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
Cindy was just like the normal City 45 citizen. She would wake up, (Most of the time she would not sleep from raids, lock-downs, ect.) eat a leftover ration, sit outside and watch life go past. Basically the lather, rinse, repeat routine. After she had seen the raids, lock-downs, fights, and sometimes killing for a few weeks she was a spectator of the events.
After a while it got tiring, she began to watch out her apartment window at the raiding, fighting, and shooting. She got tired of it, she didn't have much heart for some of the CP's but she had to deal with it. As long as she was alive she had to take the 'Civil Protection' for granite. As long as the Civil Protection kept her alive.
One day she was walking into a shop and tripped a robber that was running out of the store. The CP got there in time to get the 'robber' or as they called them rebels on the ground. The officer granted her a point. Cindy was questionable and she asked what these points do. He explained it to her and she started off to get 4 more of these points. She eventually got 4 more points and she thought back on if she should become apart of the Civil Protection or not. She was only told the good part about being a CP so without thinking twice about the consequences she started off to make a application to join the CCA.
2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)
Cindy is :
Pure- She will always follow orders and make sure they are carried out.
Cooperative- She will successfully work with any teammate without complaining.
Trustworthy- She is to sure carry out orders and make sure they are done correct.
Brave- She will push her fears away from a fight till she is successful.
Lawful- She will always make sure she does her job but also follow the rules.
Polite- She will respect her higher command.
Obedient- She will follow the rules and listen to objectives without complaining.
Responsible- If she does her job wrong under her command she will blame her trainer (or whoever she is with).
3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
I expect the CCA to be a fun/scary roll in Role Playing. I expect it to be hard (That's because I lag sometimes) and a adventerous experience. I expect it to be exciting, it will definitely be a memorial achivement in Role Playing. I also expect the CCA training a lot different than regular citizen activities.
For Cindy she expects the CCA to be fun and beneficial. But what she hasn't realized is that it will be hard for her. All the way from training to her ending she will have to endure hard assignments. The CCA wont be as easy as a cake walk for her. The only thing she expects hard is patrolling and multitasking, also raids.

-CHILDHOOD-
Cindy Whitmore was 5 when she got into kindergarden, she was so smart they made Cindy skip to kindergarden. Cindy was fascinated with books and machinery. She had read 4 learn-to-read book by herself when she was 2. By the time Cindy was 4 she had a huge vocabulary and vast knowledge about machinery and nature. Cindy was a very smart kid. Her parents were constantly bragging about Cindy and her smarts. About the age 11 she was in middle school and was repeatedly got A+ on each report card.
-TEENAGE'HOOD'-
By the time Cindy was 16 and she was still very smart but also she was stronger and braver. Her first fight was when she was 17, she was walking through the outside basketball court and bumped into another girl. The girl fell and went ballistic on one little scratch. As the two teens fought the loud heel clomps came around the corner, both battle-worn teens had encountered the principal in front of them. For the first time Cindy had brought shame upon the family. Cindy was suspended, each day Cindy was suspension went by, Cindy would sneak out of her room and talk to her friends through the gate surrounding the 'court' yard. The fight was brutal so only a mere couple of cameras were placed around the school.
-ADULT'HOOD'-
Cindy Whitmore was now 21, as time went on Cindy was knocked out with a piece of rubble beside her head. There was a lump on her head. As the 7 Hour War raged on Cindy was out cold. It was a long time before she woke up. She was surrounded by masked men named Civil Protection, they gave her a blue jumpsuit, a CID number, and a escort to a train. As she was being transported to City 45 she wondered what it looked like and how long was she out.
-PRESENT-
Cindy Whitmore arrived at City 45. She walked past the masked men watching her. She quickly got out, got a apartment, and pieced back her thoughts one by one. As she finished a broadcast came on with a ladyish voice that announced rations. Cindy got her rations and when everyone was in front of the nexus, a huge building that was made by the combine, the black screen on the nexus had shown a man. The man had greeted everyone. Once it was over everyone went on with they'er normal lives. The robot looking masked men searched some people for reasons Cindy coulden't understand and some were taken into the nexus. After a while Cindy slept, woke up, and repeated the same routine.

I was watching my friend (He is like 8 or 9 or something) Play CoD blackops zombies. Anyways some guys where being a dick to him and he raged and curled up into a ball. I heard sobbing sounds later. I was like me gusta and added the dicks cause I'm a dick kinda like that too. Post any replys of stories of your friends raging on video games. If not just find a youtube video you think was good and post it IF its a rage video.

Cindy was like any other civilian, she feared the Civil Protection. These Civil Protection were like robots to her. She wasn't like the other rare civilians who just thought they were just citizens with power and a weapon. She only talked to one when she had troublesome run-ins with other citizens. Cindy was scared of how these Civil Protection (or as i should say Cp's) acted, dressed, and talked. But what scared Cindy the most, was their armory. No one could disagree with Cindy, from weapons such as stunsticks to shotguns. Cindy avoided the Cp's most of the time, but then soon she began to change slowly. After about 5 months, Cindy got use to the combine always being around. She got use to how they look, sound, and act. Cindy was still very nice and avoided being detained. Cindy changed from being scared to not caring at all. After she changed something crossed her mind, she thought "These Cp's have been a big help, I know time to time they can be a ass, but they don't seem that scary anymore. I should join the Civil Protection to help out, I have always wondered what its like in that suit." That what lead Cindy to join the Combine Civil Authority. 2) Please detail your characters traits. Out of Character For me I expect the Combine Civil Authority to be a non-relaxation job. I expect the work to be a pain in the ass (which is a good thing), I will train to grow stronger during my breaks. I will be ready for anything at anytime. Becoming a Combine will be fun, why I say that is because I get to detain (and if I'm OOCly lucky, kill) all sons of bitches. I can keep my Roleplaying a fun and sane activity. In Character Cindy expects the Combine Civil Authority to be dangerous, scary, and cool all at the same time. Cindy wont stop until she get the job done right, her performance will rise nonstop. At the age of 10 Cindy's parents died, they were on a highway when suddenly the highway started to fall. The van's front wheels reached the remaining part of the highway, the van hung merely by its two front wheels. The couple flew to the back of the van and slammed the back trunk door open. They hung merely until the van slipped and drowned the couple. Cindy was still devastated about her parents death at the age of 14. Cindy had been adopted by Garry Whitmore and Fiona Whitmore, it was a coincidence that her adoption parents had the same last name. Her adoption parents were very nice people, they treated Cindy respectfully, Cindy treated them back the same way. Cindy was vey smart, every time she got a report card it was all A's. Cindy went to collage at the age of 17. (because they thought her grades were outstanding and let her in at the age of 17.) She went to harvard and got a mechanics degree. She got a job ABS (Advanced Business Systems.) and made a real good living. Cindy became 19 and over 100 therapist and 30 friends said to forget about her dead parents. Cindy tried but never could, she thought people knowing that she was adopted would make her look bad. Thing started changing when she turned 23. Cindy changed dramatically. The 7 Hour War kicked in, Cindy hid with a huge group of people in a bunker. Cindy would not stop crying, then some huge buff man came up and asked her whats wrong. Once he figured out he told her to suck up the tears and get to reality, almost everyone parents are dead, the only reason to cry is because of those combine killing thousands of people out there. Cindy stopped crying, she forgot about her parents death and started focusing on the war. 5 hours later the sirens went off, the Seven Hour War was officially over. Everyone came out of the bunker, barely any of the building were destroyed, only in a matter of time people were sent to different cities. After a year Cindy was handed a card to the train that was heading to City45 by a man in a suit. Cindy was scared, she didn't get to choose where to go, she thought she was headed to her own death. She got off and noticed that the city was very quite, until she started to learn more about these men in suit or as they call them : The Combine. Cindy was born in a apartment in 1984. Her mother and father, Mrs. Joanne Whitmore and Mr. Nate Whitmore, were happy to have her. But at the time there was a lot of killing and robbery. Cindy was born in New York, The income of money was low. Her parents each were payed 1,000 dollars total each year. When Cindy turned 12 and started middle school more murder came along. She lost friend 1 by 1 each month. She than was left with no friends and her family size went down to 4 family members. She became depressed and locked herself away with a notebook and a hiding spot. Cindy moved out when she turned 19. She never got the chance to go to collage. She nearly went physco and almost commited suicide. But she couldent. She was lonley and depressed. She was lost in her own thoughts trying to find a happy moment. After a several years she stayed depressed and became less social. She tried to get a job but most of them went out of buissness. She finally one day got up and decided to take a walk outside. It was diffrent, There where people in black and white suits with masks. Cindy thought "how long have i been locked away in that room?" She was made a Citizen Identafication Card and was asked for her name and Identafication Card Number. Cindy said her name and her card number out loud. She was then told to get on a certain train. I dont know if its me or when you press F1 The time is unknown and the clock is 00:00. Also i have lost my tokens randomly. When i signed up for vip which was no to long ago i got 50,000 tokens (yes i checked). Now they are randomly at 2! Please fix this!

Here is a werid dream that mad me sleep from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm (This is all true!) i cant remaber all of it.
I started off in a dark jungle. It was nightime,I see a giant walking bug looking thing walking over a river.I climbed on top of it and saw two people sitting straight up looking at the night sky,I went to go touch them but the background changed.We were in a library.I dident know what was happening but next we were beside a tree I look at the tree and then a girl comes from behind it holding a book. once i see her i wake up and is usally hours later.
I try not to open my eys to stay in the dream i try to go back to sleep and have the dream to figrure out what truley happend but its always a difrent dream.
