Accepted Outlands Appeals / Steve Carpers miss understanding

Character Name: Steve carper
Reason for the switch: So to start with a long time ago I learnt about outlands. I sent my character and I eagerly explored the outlands for a few minutes. After I got bored I learnd I could not get him back. He has a lot of tokens from donating but I wasn't really interested in them and didn't play to much back then (Just HarborRP). I now would like him back, All I really want to do is get my money to set up a shop or something of the likes.
If required, write a detailed backstory on how your character left the outlands:
Time when it happened(if mis-click) I cannot remember.
