Shotgun Automatically Has A Flashlight

On Outlands, my character has a flashlight whenever I have a shotgun equipped. I just press "f" and it appears. I don't have on in my inventory. Is it intentional or what?

I noticed this too. Except I even have the light after unequipping the shotgun (I think), which could be due to having it equipped prior, but still.

And yes, most weapons have a flashlight on them.
