I was accused of avoiding rp, however this does not excuse the players who are eager to rp to go ahead and rp without the other player's reaction that they are rp'ing with and thus powergaming on. The powergaming is generally performed by KillMePlz A.K.A UU.C45.CmD.03109, who though gave me time to react did not allow me to react with full cooperation as I was making a case for my character OOC'ly. His deciion to continue rp without my performance resulted in the powergaming which can be seen above.

Though I was chatting OOC'ly during an IC moment, my intentions were not to avoid rp but to increase the quantity of the current rp. So if anyone should be accused of avoiding rp it should be the persons who killed and supported the death of Dr. Francis Richter for these persons avoided an extended rp and deprived many others of rp to instead perform only a simple rp for no legitimate OOC reason given. I had continously given the idea and explenation of how to expand the rp from a few /me's into  something greater. However that rp which was of greater quantity and no doubt quality as more experienced players would be exposed to the rp than just seven, was avoided through powergaming in an effort to entertain illegitimate OOC reasons.

No legitimate OOC reason was given for my death as can be seen from the evidence above. Rather the supporters of my death would claim that my death was already decided and I given no say, and no valid reason for my death. The reason a valid OOC reason should be given to perform extreme IC actions such as killing another player permanently is not only necessary to preserve happiness, with happiness being the general goal of a roleplaying game or any game, but also to ensure that the quality of the roleplay is met with the cooperation of all the players not just to go along with the rp if the rp is all good and fair but to ensure that a better decision could not be made to increase the quantity and/or quality of the rp, as I had attempted to do, and the supporters of my death neglected to do.

The persons responsible for supporting and immediately causing the death of Dr. Francis Richter are responsible for avoiding rp through powergaming to entertain some OOC reason that was not given or an illegitimate OOC reason that either way denied the coopration of players within the rp and ensured the production of this PK appeal.
