Entry 1

Just found this notebook in the trash today, been scavenging across the canals for days now. All I have found is a handful of food and water.
I figure I might as well keep an account of my journey across this land. I also found a small flashlight today, what a help that has been! I hope
that I can find a weapon out here so I can defend myself in case of trouble. There seems to be a bunch of other people in this sector of the canals, I oftem see them walking by, malnourished, in hopes of a better tomarrow out here, free from the combine. I hope I can find some
friends out here, Its awful lonely.

Entry 2

Today is a good day ina ll things considered. I found a pistol and I traded some food and medical supplies for a box of ammo.
I found a clinic where a few people were working, the person in charge at the moment was a woman named Kira. I asked her
if the clinic needed any help, she said that I could help out seeing as theres always people hurt out here.

I just saw a man in a lab coat and white hair run in, he seemed pissed about something involving a combine spy. The very
thought of this scares me, knowing all to well how many the OTA have killed. With him was some guy named Dave, he had
one of those rare alien rifles, I assumed he was also a doctor because he was wearing rebel armor with red crosses all over
it. Also found a small handheld radio in a pile of trash, been using it to talk to the other clinic members, its pretty useful.

I aughta go to sleep now, been a long day.......

Dave is at it again... Turns out Spectre is the head of Security at the Clinic so him and his friends oughta' watch his mouth.

Entry 3

Today was one helluva day.
It all started when this big asshole named Glenn came into the clinic while I and one of the vortigaunts were working on helping
one of the many wounded people that come and go. When the vort was trying to concentrate and heal the man's blindness,
fucking Glenn just wouldnt shut the hell up. No doubt everyone feels the same way about him that I do. After we finished with
that patient and a couple others, what I think was a Combine patrol came up on the clinic and started firing, we all started running
out, taking with us what medical supplies and wounded we had in the beds. We ran to a clinic about a block away, the doctor and
this Dave guy was there as well as another dozen people and me. We sealed the doors and waited for about an hour or so until
fucking Glenn comes back and starts screaming and pounding on the outer doors! After about a couple minutes of this the doctor
started getting pissed, trying to get Glenn to shut up so the Combine dont locate the lab, Glenn kept on yelling. I guess the
doctor lost it, because he pulled out a shotgun and opened the door, and blasted Glenn's head off! I don't envy the people who
will have to scrape his brains off the hallway walls. At least it was a quick death, doesn't make it any more pleasant.
We spent the rest of the day in the lab until we were sure that the Combine patrol had left.
