Have you tried booting into safemode?http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm
Looks like it's time to reinstall, sometimes it's the only way. Do you still have the disk for Windows?
I try to reboot windows and it does the same.
Guess it's a hardware problem then. If you're not tech-savvy with hardware, I'd suggest getting it professionally checked out. Don't get ripped off for it, watch your prices, though I'm sure you already know this.
Have you tried re-installing all the drivers for you new components?
If you plan to get a new PC. I would recommend finding a website where you can build your own custom PC to your own wishes and they will get all the parts, assemble it together and send it.I thought you were Dutch, am I right? In that case, I really recommend you this website, as I got my PC from there as well:http://www.alternate.nl/html/content.html?docId=7287&tn=BUILDERS&l1=&tgid=1705
