What happened when the bug occurred?
The world model is bugged (arm attached to it) and you can't move it with the physgun or gravgun.
What was supposed to happen?
You should be able to move it and that arm shouldn't be attached to it.

This has been fixed in update 9. Though the material is missing so it is a purple and black extinguisher. Oh well, I'll try to get it fixed but you can drop and sell em now.
